Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Daily follow-up of unsold, sold, and data mining customers
• Maintain a great customer satisfaction index
• Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
• Generate at least 1 appointment per day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ability to work in a face paced, performance based environment
• General knowledge of automobile makes, models, and basic components
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit required
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
